VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
Heifer International Cambodia, a non-profit,
humanitarian international NGO dedicated to
working with communities to end hunger and
poverty and care for the earth by providing
livestock, education and other resources to help
poor families become self-reliant. Heifer
Cambodia is looking for one Admin/IT Volunteer
based in Phnom Penh office.
Main
Responsibilities:
-
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying and scanning documents.
-
Assist in providing logistical support for training/meeting/workshop including venue, LCD projector and computer equipments arrangement.
-
Assist in maintenance of all computer equipments.
-
Work with IT staff of the Computer Maintenance Company to:

Back
up and recovery computer systems.
·
Maintain computer's software & hardware and install
computer's programs.
·
Update Anti-virus Program and Scan for virus.
· Configure
network, internet protocol, e-mail, printer and printer server.

Assist in implement and troubleshoot hardware device drivers.

Perform administrative tasks to extend support to other staff.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-
4th year student or fresh graduated in Computer Science.
-
Potential to learn new things. Positive attitude, good personality, pleasant and friendly.
-
Knowledge of computer and electronic equipment maintenance and repair, software installation, networking and updating and scanning virus.
-
Computer skills in Ms. Word, Excel, Photoshop, Internet and E-mail.
-
Ability to understand and communicate in English.
-
Demonstrate honesty and integrity, and commitment to a high standard of accountability.
Contract Terms:
The Volunteer agree to:
-
Perform the tasks and responsibilities as described above.

Work from 7:30 - 12:00 noon and 14:00 - 17:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

Comply with Heifer policies and procedures.

Provide services with no
fee/support.
